Yes. We do not auto renew any plans. Your plan is good for 1 year from the date you sign your contract until the same day the next calendar year. We will send you a reminder 30 days prior to expiration to inform you your plan will be ending.
No. We do not allow double discounts to our invoices. You will be happy to know your discount under your plan will always be greater than our specials.

Yes. As long as the pet you are purchasing food for is enrolled in the plan your discount applies.

Yes. If the pet you are receiving medications for is enrolled you will receive a 20% discount on your invoice.
Yes. If the pet you are receiving preventatives for is enrolled you will receive a 20% discount off your invoice. Plus any rebates that may apply.
Yes. Your discount will be applied to that invoice unless you choose to have an in-home euthansia.
